Lisa Lichtenfels

Graduating with a major in Film and Illustration from the Philadelphia College of Art, Lisa Lichtenfels started out working at Disney where she developed three-dimensional figurines with flexible skeletons for stop-motion animation. She left Disney to experiment with the technique that she is still using today, more than 25 years later. Litchtenfels uses nylon stocking skins to create highly realistic figurative sculpture in fabric.
